Work with your new platform on exports

We assist with any export requests. Coordinate with your new platform's onboarding team to prepare everything before launch day.

Transition Your Studio

Import data and set up your new system

Configure your new platform — import client data, rebuild your schedule and pricing, update your booking widget, and communicate the change to your members.

Retire Your fitSpot

Your fitSpot reaches its final state

Your fitSpot's visibility on the app and new sales will be disabled. However, your full Admin access and all your data stay active — you can log in, view reports, and access everything at any time.
